Could you introduce yourself and Sunrise Flower Studio?
I am Antoine Adoul, co-founder and producer of Sunrise Flower Studio, a studio founded by four young friends passionate about video game development with the aim of creating our first commercial game.

How did you hear about BigWhoop?
I discovered BigWhoop through a simple internet search. I was looking for resources and assistance to best develop our project: business plan, market research, public and private funding applications.

How would you rate the effort you had to put in to help BigWhoop with the market research?
“Moderate” in that we produced three demonstration videos of the game, which proved to be an important and interesting step in the middle of our pre-production.
All interactions and exchanges were very easy, whether in writing via Discord or verbally via videoconference.

Were you satisfied with the work and support provided by BigWhoop?
Yes, very satisfied. The support even exceeded most of my expectations, where professional relationships and exchanges in the world of entrepreneurship and video games can be quite cold and distant.

Very pleasantly surprised by the possibility of adjusting and postponing certain deadlines to accommodate our production. Always very useful on our side to help balance progress on market research versus progress on production.

What did the market research actually do for you?
A better understanding of our target audience and how we should prepare and anticipate communication. In our case, focusing more directly on playable demos.

We also understand our strengths and that we have a good hand to play when it comes to promoting our game on a number of networks (YouTube in particular, in our case).

I also hope that the positive elements highlighted by the market research will help us to lend credibility to our profile and our case to public and private investors, our main obstacle being our novice profile: we do not have any famous projects to our credit to highlight, nor do we have an established community.

Is there anything BigWhoop can improve regarding the service provided ?
